Where is it installed ?
It is installed on the same server where there is Asterisk.
Are there any limits ?
One Class license is valid for a single server, without limit.
The module is limited to the number of hotel rooms licensed.
Can I synchronize multiple Google Account ?
YES. Each phonebook created on Class may be linked to a Google account.
How does the extensions monitoring (BLF) ?
It has the status of extensions monitored in real time (the list of extensions is determined by the Admin for a single user). It also monitored the status of DND.
How many extensions can be monitored (BLF) ?
Each user can monitor unlimited extensions (the list of extensions is determined by the Admin for a single user).
From the BLF window that actions can I do ?
You can do the click2call to extension, you can activate chat, you can reserve a callback call when the extension is busy, you can do direct pickup and spy active call.
How does the callback call when the extension is busy ?
The Admin user can decide for each user 2 parameters:
1) the maximum number of calls that can be reserved to the user (0 means that you can not reserve an recalled to the user)
2) the priority that this user when making a reservation to another user (the highest priority in the range 0-10 means getting first callback).
What ports are using Class ?
Class uses TCP ports 8000, 8001, 8002, 8003 and 8004. If it is active IPTABLES enable ports for Class.
Can I change ports ?
Yes. This is the procedure:
# cd /var/www/cgi-bin/class/conf
# touch ports.conf
edit ports.conf file
blf=[your prefered port] (if you use Class Standard or Full)
chat=[your prefered port] (if you use Class Standard or Full)
recall=[your prefered port] (if you use Class Standard or Full)
hotel=[your prefered port] (if you use Class Hotel)
server=[your prefered port] (if you use Class Regular version)
# /etc/init.d/init-class restart

Rerun the installation script.
Admin Access error
Sign in ssh on pbx and run these commands:
Check in /etc/sudoers that the line Defaults requiretty start with # (#Defaults requiretty)
Try access again.
